Hugh Laurie won for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series at the SAG Awards for his work as Dr. Gregory House on the hit ABC show “House.”
I’m so glad the American audience has fallen in love with this brilliant English actor. I just wish he could use his sexy accent on the show. Loves it!
If I was up against any awards against Kate Winslet, Tina Fey or Slumdog Millionaire this year I would stay home. These well deserved actors all cleaning house at all the awards shows.
Tonight isn’t any different.
Kate Winslet just took home the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her role in “The Reader.” I’m so glad she is finally receiving recognition for her brilliant work.
I bet she takes home the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her work on “Revolutionary Road.”
Finally Eva Longoria Parker wears something that caught my attention right away! This coral dress is a perfect match for her sunkissed skin tone. As a fellow Latina, I know it can be hard to find the perfect colors that go with our skin tones.

Verne Troyer may have left the “Celebrity Big Brother” house a loser but he leaves London a winner! The vertically challenged star headed out into the London nightlife. We hear he was very impressed by the women of England.
“Wow, the ladies in England are awesome.”
The mini star headed for a VIP party at hot spot Cafe de Paris on the shoulders of a bodyguard while giving his hoards of fans high fives.
He said: “I’m gonna party hard tonight ladies and I want you to join me.”
Verne partied till 3am where he then invited the ladies back to a party at the Grosvenor House Hotel with co-star Coolio. Verne sums up his night with these few words.
“There was vodka, Red Bull, champagne and underwear with girls’ phone numbers on.”
Lisa Edelstein was just spotted in a gorgeous red dress on the red carpet at the SAG Awards. She is there to support her show “House” which has been nominated for “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.”
Lisa is also there to support her co-star Hugh Laurie who has been nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series.”
“House” is an amazing show and I hope it takes home the SAG award!
“The Office” star Mindy Kaling hit the red carpet in a blue BCBG dress at the SAG Awards this evening. Mindy, along with her Office co-stars have been nominated for “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.”
I have a feeling that “30 Rock” is going to take this one. They have been kicking butt at all the awards shows lately. Mindy is also there to show support for her co-star Steve Carell who has been nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series.”
