Barbados native Rihanna was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, having been escorted out a back exit of the hospital some time last night.
“They used a decoy to throw off the media,” a source close to the investigation into what went down between Rihanna and Chris Brown early Sunday morning tells E! News.
Rihanna’s grandmother, Clara Brathwaite, told Barbados newspaper DAILY NATION yesterday: “I don’t want people to worry. Rihanna is fine and she is doing well.” She is also shooting down rumors that RiRi has a broken nose.
Her upcoming sold-out concert in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is being postponed.
“In light of recent events involving Rihanna, [William Morris Agency] will confirm within two weeks from now on a replacement date to be mutually agreed” upon by the organizer and the singer’s camp, Pineapple managing director Razman Razali said in a statement.
“We sincerely regret this unavoidable shift in schedule and apologize to the fans for any inconvenience caused.”
The source also shares that Rihanna has been reluctant to reveal the reason why the couple were arguing that night but is said to be cooperating with the investigation. Rihanna is said to not have been the one to call 911 rather someone who heard the fight was the one who involved the police.
