Amy Winehouse returns to St. Lucia
Haiiii, the beehive is gone again!
Amy Winehouse had such a great time in St. Lucia that she is reportedly eying a $5 million dollar villa! Leaving behind all the drama with her soon-to-be ex-husband Blake Fielder Civil, she settles in to the island to work on her follow up album to Back in Black.
It has been reported that her record company had rejected songs for her Back To Black follow up for being too ‘reggae-influenced’.
Amy has asked her lawyers to draw up papers for the purchase of the villa but her dad Mitch has not approved of his daughter purchasing the home in the Sugar Beach area yet.
“Amy has instructed lawyers to draw up contracts with the developers and everything is set for her to buy it. But a few days ago Mitch stepped in and said he wasn’t sure. He’s worried about the possible distractions of drugs and partying on the island.
But Amy says it’s better for her to be out there than in London.
She has managed to get off hard drugs in St Lucia and is living a much healthier lifestyle.” a friend tells the Mirror.
