Harry Potter & the Deathly Hollows begins filming!

I nearly fell out of my chair this morning when I saw these new pictures of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint filming scenes of the next installment of the Harry Potter films, The Deathly Hollows!! The trio was spotted in the Picadilly area of London.

The final film of the Harry Potter series is going to be made in two parts to be released on November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011.

Filming officially began on 19 February, 2009 at Leavesden Studios but these are the first photo’s we see of it. I think its about that time for me to take another trip to London!

Big Brooke Hogan dating tiny rapper!

What a random little couple!

Brooke Hogan was spotted on South Beach today showing off the new man in her life.  His name is Yannique Barker, a rapper from Washington D.C.  Yannique a.k.a Stack$ is currently working on his sophomore album under Cash Money Records.

Brooke was filming a music video for her new song entitled, Falling features Stack$ on South Beach earlier today.  Her 2nd album, “The Redemption” hits stores July 2009.

Rashida Jones visits Ellen

Rashida Jones visited the Ellen Degeneres today to promoter her latest show, Parks & Recreation. The gorgeous actress spoke candidly about how life was growing up with Quincy Jones as a father, being a back-up singer for Maroon 5, attending school with Paris Hilton, and what she studied while she was at Harvard.

You can catch Rashida on Parks & Recreation Thursday nights at 8:30 p.m. on NBC.

Spotted: Nikki Reed

Nikki Reed was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport today. The actress has been busy filming the Twilight sequel entitled, New Moon in Vancouver, Canada.

The 20-year-old actress smoked a ciggy with her friends and carried her guitar as she headed home.

Lady Gaga visits the Paul O’Grady Show

Lady Gaga continued the tea party in London today with a visit to The Paul O’Grady Show. She explains the House of Gaga, what she has on her appearance rider, how long it takes her to get ready, she confirms she is performing at Glastonbury this year, and some really cute kids as her some questions.

This interview was much better than her interview on Jonathan Ross. This one was more laid back.

David Beckham joins fight against Malaria

David Beckham, Andy Murray,and Denise Lewis met with hey met UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown in London to show their support for Malaria No More. Brown pledged to send 20 million life-saving malaria nets to Africa by next year.

“For less than the cost of a football you can protect a family from dying,” said Beckham. “I urge the UK public to get behind the Malaria No More UK campaign to save a life and make malaria no more.”

Malaria No More UK executive director Sarah Kline said: “Malaria No More UK is launching a mass campaign to help stop the suffering and death caused by malaria.

“Our first mission is to help reach the United Nations target of getting everyone at risk in Africa under a bed net by the end of 2010.

“We are delighted the prime minister has announced today that the UK is has already delivered 9.3 million nets of the 20 million pledged and look forward to seeing the rest delivered on time.

Around 90 percent of the one million deaths from malaria each year are in Africa, where the disease kills a child every 30 seconds.

Arj Barker in Australia!

Flight of the Conchords star Arj Barker visited with Australian chat show host Rove yesterday. The comedian has been in Oz for a series of shows at Melbourne Town Hall. I’m so happy to see so many of the FOTC co-stars blowing up!

He discusses how a fan told Arj a third season of Flight of the Conchords had been confirmed though none of the stars have heard anything, what attracted him to the comedic spotlight, what profession he would have gone into if comedy hadn’t worked out for him, the pirate problems, and how he would solve the financial crisis.

Arj will be joining the Flight of the Conchords tour as their opening act for most of May.
