It’s snowing in Cannes….in May!

Jim Carrey is up to his old antics in France!! The funnyman and his girlfriend Jenny McCarthy attended the photo call for his upcoming film, A Christmas Carol during the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival today. Jim frolicked in the fake snow while Jenny tried to stay warm in her purple dress sans bra!!

Jim Carrey is plaing Scrooge and he’ll also be portraying the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future. The 3-D motion pictures arrives in theaters November 6, 2009.

Mark Wahlberg was seen picking up food at one of his favorite spots, Madeo in Beverly Hills on May 16, 2009. The actor is rumored to marry his girlfriend/baby momma Rhea Durham this August at the request of his 5-year-old daughter Ella.

“Ella is very smart,” an insider tells In Touch. “She wanted to know why Dad and Mom weren’t married.”

Mark and Rhea have been together for 8 years and have 3 children together.

Eminem visits Jonathan Ross

In his first ever UK interview, rapper Eminem appeared on Friday Nights with Jonathan Ross. After leaving the spotlight 5 years ago, he opens up about the issues that took control of his life.

In 2005 he went to rehab for an addiction to pain killers and is currently a little over a year sober. They chat about how he first got into writing rap music, being the “second” white rapper after Vanilla Ice (lol), his new album, dissing people in his music, his weight gain during his darkest moments, and his new addiction to comic books.

Everyone knows how much Wossy loves his comics! I heard the duo went shopping and made major damage on Em’s credit card buying comics and action figures.

Colin Firth brings Christmas to Cannes!

Hunky British actor Colin Firth is promoting Christmas in May! The actor and his co-star Robin Wright took to the red carpet during The Carlton Hotel during the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival to promote their new film, A Christmas Carol.

Robert Zemeckis is remaking the Dickens classic for Disney. It hits theaters on November 6, 2009

Hayden Panettiere frolics in France!

Hayden Panettiere is keeping busy while in France for the Cannes Film Festival. The starlet was spotted enjoying a day out on a yacht with friends including Elton John’s husband David Furnish and British Television presenter Steve Jones in the French Riviera yesterday.

Hayden has sparked rumors that she is dating Jones who has dated a bevy of celebrity beauties. He has previously been linked to Halle Berry and Pamela Anderson.

Robert Pattinson arrives in Cannes!

Robert Pattinson arrived in Nice today after filming of the Twilight Sequel: New Moon wrapped up. He is currently in France to attend the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival.

Robert and his co-star Kristen Stewart will present an exclusive scene from New Moon during the “2009 MTV Movie Awards” on May 31st.

Demetri Martin is Taking Woodstock to Cannes

Demetri Martin has come along since his guest appearance on Flight of the Conchords. He is currently in France where he attended the premiere of his new film, Taking Woodstock, at the 62nd International Cannes Film Festival last night. He was joined by his co-stars Emile Hirsch, Katherine Waterson, Imelda Staunton, and Director Ang Lee.

Taking Woodstock is set in 1969 the movie follows a down-on-his-luck interior designer who moves upstate and inadvertently helps stage Woodstock on the grounds of his neighbor’s farm in White Lake, NY. It’s directed by Ang Lee. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Emile Hirsch, Live Schrieber, Paul Dano and Dan Fogler co-star. (Cinema Blend)

Taking Woodstock hits U.S. theaters August 16th.
