Gerard Butler gets animated!

Hotty Scotty Gerard Butler made his way though Los Angeles International Airport with his trademark cell phone attached to his ear yesterday.

DreamWorks Animation announced Gerry’s participation in an upcoming adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon written by famous British childrens book author, Cressida Cowell yesterday. He will bring to life Viking chieftain Stoic the Vast.

Dreamworks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg said the film will be shown in 3D. It will hit theaters March 26, 2010.

Spotted: Mark Wahlberg

With plans to marry in the Summer, Mark Wahlberg must do his best to remain healthy. The studly actor was spotted leaving a medical building in Beverly Hills yesterday.

News recently broke that Mark and his fiancee Rhea Durham traveled to Dorchester, MA for the baptism of their youngest son Brendan Joseph Wahlberg on May 24th. The ceremony took place at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church in tribute to his late father who was eulogized there. His father passed away before Brendan was born.

Mark’s older brother Robert was chosen as godfather for the 8-month-old baby boy.

Will Ferrell hates Cancer!

Yeah he’s made a couple of crappy movies (Semi Pro & Blades of Glory) but it doesn’t take away how much I love Will Ferrell. The actor is using his comedy to help the fight against Cancer.

Next time you hit the beach you are going to want to slather on some protection against the suns damaging rays, especially here in South Florida. Ferrell offers three different sunscreens depending on what you are looking to achieve, Sun Stroke, Sexy Hot Tan and Forbidden Fruit. They pack an SPF of 30 and will only set you back $12.

Will explains, “I’ve always dreamed of owning a lotion company. And I’ve always hated cancer.”

All proceeds benefit the charity Cancer for College’s College Willpowered Scholarship Fund, which grants college scholarships to cancer survivors and amputees.

Chris Pine hits the books!

After giving a brilliant performance in the new Star Trek film, it seems Chris Pine wants to improve his skills further. The blue eyed babe was caught by the flash bulbs as he left an acting class in Hollywood today.

The actor is rumored to be swapping spit with reality actress Audrina Patridge. When she recently spoke to Ryan Seacrest she acted coy when questioned about the hook-up.

“Ryan, my lips are sealed. I am not talking about this!”

That is proof enough for me that they are not an item. Who would not tell the world if they were dating Chris Pine! So for now we can chalk it up to rumor. (and wishful thinking!)

On the Scene: Russell Crowe

Russell Crowe was spotted filming scenes from the upcoming Robin Hood film in England today. The sexy Aussie was riding around on horseback in the recreated Sherwood Forest now located on a wooded estate 150 miles away in the depths of Surrey.

Starring alongside Russell are Cate Blanchett as Maid Marian, William Hurt, and Vanessa Redgrave. The film is set to hit theaters May 14, 2010.

Angelina Jolie injured

Mega star Angelina Jolie was taken to the hospital after injuring herself while performing a stunt for her new movie Salt today. The actress was filming scenes in Long Island and bumped her head. Only a small nick between the eyes and a little bleeding has been reported.

Her manager says she is “completely fine.”
