Joely Richardson has joined the cast of the Showtime hit The Tudors. In this final season she plays Henry VIII’s (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) final wife Catherine Parr in a five-episode arc.
The fourth season of “The Tudors,” which is currently filming in Dublin, Ireland, will premiere on Showtime in 2010.

I am always fascinated by trivia and tcoincidences. Joely will be starring with Jonathan R Meyer after being with Julian McMahon( same first and last initials and McMahon Australian of obvious Irish descent ) and they both have the same birthday July 27 and since there is 9 years difference the birthdate numbers for both add up to 40. So since Nip/Tuck was a success I presume Joely will be as successful in the Tudors.
