Joely Richardson has joined the cast of the Showtime hit The Tudors. In this final season she plays Henry VIII’s (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) final wife Catherine Parr in a five-episode arc.
The fourth season of “The Tudors,” which is currently filming in Dublin, Ireland, will premiere on Showtime in 2010.

So since Nip/Tuck was a success I presume Joely will be as successful in the Tudors.
