Jude Law gets mobbed!

90722W4_LAW_B-GR_01

Jude Law is having to add some extra time to his working hours at the Wyndham Theatre. The actor who is currently performing Hamlet is meeting with fans nightly to sign autographs after every show but last night his camel colored button down threw the girls over the edge, poor Jude got mobbed!

Rumors also surfaced this week of a possible hook-up between Law and his former co-star (The Holiday) Cameron Diaz after the duo bumped into each other at Boujis nightclub in London. Leonardo DiCaprio was also rumored to be there.

To be honest I think the story has been blown out of proportion and it was just a story of some friends bumping into each other and having a good time.

Glowing new mom Paz Vega and her husband Orson Salazar welcomed baby girl Eva into the world on Friday, July 17th! Ava was born via cesarean section due to her position in the womb. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 2 oz.

“Paz and Ava are both healthy and enjoying being at home,” her rep Marcel Pariseau confirms to Celebrity Baby Blog. “Paz and Orson are both so excited about the new addition to their young family.”

Ava will be baby sister to 2-year-old Orson, the couple’s first child. The two have already bonded at the Madrid hospital where Ava was born.

“He hasn’t had any type of rejection toward the baby,” reports Paz. “On the contrary, he gets close to her … and says, ‘Ava, my baby!’” before running off to play in the garden adjoining the hospital room.

Paz showed off her baby girl as she departed from the hospital earlier today.

Congrats!

Gerry Butler may be extremely sexy but he still gets nervous when he has to perform a sexy scene for a movie. He’s currently promoting his new movie with Katherine Heigl entitled, The Ugly Truth.

He said: “I was so nervous. I kept forgetting my lines. Once, in the middle of a take, I said to Katie, ‘Did I touch your breast?’ It was an accidental brush but I was pretty nervous about it.”

The 39-year-old Scot was photographed as he caught a departing flight from LAX.

Harry Potter star sentenced

Happy Birthday to Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett! To celebrate he earned himself some unpaid community service hours for growing Mary Jane plants in the house he shares with his mother.

District Judge Timothy Workman sentenced him to 120 hours of community service during a 15-minute hearing at City of Westminster Magistrates Court.

Judge Workman said: “Mr Waylett I accept that the cultivation of this cannabis was on a small scale, and this was not in any way a commercial venture on your part. Nevertheless you used a sophisticated growing system to do so.

“I give you credit for pleading guilty at the earliest opportunity, your co-operation with police and the fact that you are, until now, a man of good character.

“I propose to deal with this by imposing a sentence of 120 hours of unpaid work.”

Hopefully the POTter star will learn his lesson and will just stick to making films!
