Looking gorgeous in his all white outfit, George Clooney headed out via motorboat on Lake Como in Italy for a photo shoot on Saturday.
The sexy bachelor recently filed suit against paparazzi for climbing over a wall in his villa and photographed a 13-year-old girl who was changing in one of the guest rooms and was topless. Also photographs of him and his new squeeze Elisabetta Canalis sharing an intimate moment were captured and later published in print.
Clooney gave the following statement to TMZ:
“We’re suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don’t know about the law in the United States but in Italy it’s illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that.”
Wow I wonder if these are the pictures in question?

What a crazy man GC has become. If the paparazzo climbed over his fence – then where were his CCTV cameras looking? Was his security asleep in broad daylight? Or his housekeepers? Why does he take this to TMZ and make everyone hunt for pics instead of filing a lawsuit quietly first, for the sake of the girl?
And who’s “we”? Royal plural – or did he include his porn star “girlfriend” in this, who’s been known to call the pap agencies, to alert them to their plans?
Actually European law is much better at protecting people’s right to privacy and to making the press pay fines if they did things wrong. He of all people should know of the US law, if not – his management.
