I think its time for Kellan Lutz to go up a size on that jacket! Check out these photo’s of him as he departed from LAX yesterday.The Twilight actor beefed up for his New Moon role as to not be left behind by Taylor Lautner’s sudden muscle increase!

The 24-year-old does not like to go about exercise in a traditional gym, he gets bored!

“I get bored when I’m in the gym,” Kellan told Seventeen Magazine. “I usually can’t just lift weights without music. I get bored easily — I always have to be doing something active.”

So what type of exercise works for him?

“I hate to run so for all the runners out there, I hate you. But I love to swim. I’m a fish, I have a pool in my backyard so every morning I will go swimming, even when it’s colder I’ll try to,” he explained. “I’ll have my dog swim with me but usually she doesn’t go under the water so we usually play a game… I play with my dog for a workout. It’s great. A lot of times I’m a loner, so I have to play games with myself.”

He also finds that wearing a pedometer helps him keep track of how much he’s walked daily.

“I wear this thing as much as I can just for fun. It’s a motivator,” he added.

Whatever he is doing is working, he looks smokin’!
