Russell Brand visits The View
The only reason I rushed home today at lunch was to watch this video!! Our boy Russell Brand visited the ladies from The View to promote his upcoming hosting duties for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Is it just me or is Brand looking especially gorgeous these days?
Russy discussed his previous experience at last years VMA’s, how proud he is of his “Shagger of the Year Award”, and he did mega flirting with Sherri Sheppard!! What a lucky betch!
Lastly he chats about reprising his role of Aldous Snow in the upcoming comedy, Get Him to the Greek.

I love Russell and am always thrilled to see him when he appears on the different talk shows. I don’t usually watch “The View”, but tuned in today to see him. He was his usual self and I loved it
I did think he was going to have a go at Sherri there a few times … lucky woman. I’m looking forward to seeing him host the VMA’s this Sunday.

I walked in on him talking this morning , I was worried if my mom was gonna be offended by Russ I’ve liked him for a while, he somewhat won her over with his well matched boots and skinny jeans and asked for his name again and he did make her laugh while getting it on (well trying to ) with Sherri. I never cared for hasselbeck either.

I loved the way Russell Brand was flirting with Sherri and keeping her just off-balance enough to get her all tongue-tied at one point. My mother had never seen him before and found the whole thing as amusing as I did. I noticed Whoopi had her arms crossed over her chest at one point as if she was trying to ward off some kind of sex vampire.
If Russell Brand gets as big here as Dane Cook has managed to, I hope his head doesn’t get as inflated as Cook’s has. I *used* to find Dane Cook funny. Not so much anymore. I don’t want to stop liking Russell Brand.
Good old Rusty Rockets…he thrives in situations that are so abnormal.
Hopefully some people of average intelligence will make it to the VMA this time.
He’s built his persona off of Johnny Depp movie characters. Go watch The Libertine and then combine it with the other Johnny Depp movie characters you already know.

Russell Brand was this way long before ‘The Libertine’ I’ve no idea where you see a Johnny Depp lineage. If anything (Brand being from E London) you could suggest the reverse..though I wouldn’t.
Brand is uniquely London, in the same way Peter Cooke was.

He was wonderful, as usual. This handsome sexy man breathed life into an otherwise ho-hum show! Sherry was a lucky woman to get so much of his attention–and she seemed to enjoy every minute of it! What a great entertainer he is!

I got a kick out of watching Russell make Sherri blush non stop. I had to watch this video clip a couple of times. Russell you have a nice lean and tall body. You also have a boyish charm and what woman couldn’t enjoy looking into your mesmerizing eyes? Russell, I will definitely check you out at the VMAs once again and I also look forward to Janet Jackson opening up the show with a tribute to my other love Michael Jackson. MJ lives forever in my heart.
