On the Scene: Tom Cruise & Cameron Diaz
Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz continue work on their upcoming film, Wichita, in Boston, Massachusetts today. Cruise filmed an exciting car chase and shoot out scene with the help of a stunt double who I had to look at a few times to work out if he was Tom!
Wichita is the story of a single woman (Diaz) who has terrible luck with men, but meets a mysterious, handsome man (Cruise)on a blind date. The man ends up being a secret agent who pops in and out of her life.
The duo last worked together in 2001’s Vanilla Sky.
While their role together on Vanilla Sky wasn’t extensive, I loved them together. They both get bad raps for different reasons, but I think they’re both excellent entertainers. And that’s all that matters when it comes to making movies.
I like them both also. No matter what people say about Tom, he always is really nice to all his fans. He earns my respect for that.
