Last night Matt Damon’s charity, OneXOne, held an auction with items contributed by celebrities. Jeremy Piven’s auction raised an impressive $280,000! Charlize Theron followed him, but seemed to get stuck around $37,000. According to Us Magazine, Charlize was not going to be out done by Jeremy! She’s egged the audience on with the following:
“For f*** sake! You can do better. There is no way I am leaving here with Jeremy Piven getting a higher bid. I’ve got t**** for God’s sake.”
In addition to a 2010 trip to South Africa, which included World Cup tickets, a safari, and a meet-and-greet with Nelson Mandela, she threw in a 7-second kiss to a male bidder for $130,000! A few more bids later and a woman closed the deal at $140,000. The woman climbed up on stage and locked lips with Charlize while the audience counted down their 7-second smooch!
All in the name of charity… Except those green tights the bidder is wearing. They don’t seem to go with the rest of her ensemble… I’d have bid to have her change outfits.
