Noel Fielding of the Mighty Boosh had been scheduled to launch a solo stand-up tour in February and March of 2010, but it appears the tour has now been canceled. Noel posted on his Twitter account yesterday:
Just a quick message to say my tour has been cancelled so that Julian and I can concentrate on writing the film and the album x
Fielding is referring to Boosh partner Julian Barratt, with whom he’ll be writing a Mighty Boosh album and film to hopefully be released next year. Fielding added this apology to his fans who had already purchased tickets:
I really wish I had time to do everything but there have been a lot of complications and things shifting around out of my control. sorry . … It seems there has been a major cock up somewhere I thought people had been informed ages ago. so sorry I feel terrible.
Aww, it’s okay Noel! We’re still looking forward to the upcoming Boosh goodies!

God Bless
He is the most talentless overhyped alleged comedian to grace these shores. I think he realised that he had never had an act in the first place. He is as funny as a burning orphanage.
Gosh that’s harsh. Noel is funny and he is good at what he does. I have accidentally stumbled across some solo work of Noel’s on youtube – “before they were famous” – Julian’s too. They are both funny and good at what they do, in their own way.
