Sweet Susan Boyle warmed the audience, who suffered through a New York chill, to hear her voice.

I watched the performance as it happened and it was just so cute to see her funny side! She kept doing these little noises and dances that kept me cheerful throughout the show.

During her interview she thanked her many fans for supporting her and her new album, her achievements, the mixture of music on her new cd, and the special dedication she made to her mother.

SuBo performed I Dreamed a Dream and Wild Horses.

  1. I was delighted to see Susan Boyle on your program this morning. Risked being late for work to watch as much as possible. Susan is a breath of fresh air in the phoney world of show biz. I also ran out to Wal-Mart to buy two copies of her new C.D. just now and she does not disappoint. What a gorgeous voice. I found it absolutely thrilling to listen to. I love Susan Boyle not just because I enjoy her singing but because of who she is as a person, endearing, grounded, and really funny too – loved all the cut ups she did on the show.

  2. Yes she did blow away the crowd and also the ones watching from home. What a professional and still one of us. I love Susan Boyle.

  3. Susan has a natural dignity that makes most female singers look like naughty schoolgirls trying to see who can shock us the most. She sings from the heart, too. Beautiful.

  4. Yes, Susan is a wonderful human being, down to earth, totally natural, unaffected, funny, zany and loving, she is one of a kind, just being herself with originality and pizzaz, she clearly enjoys making people happy with her crystal clear voice and her lovely warm open personality. Her entry into the lives of all of us who gratefully accept her is so welcome and refreshing. In the midst of so much that is phony and plastic in the world Susan is a breath of fresh air.
I love her and thank God for the gift of Susan, it’s what we have sorely needed
