Robbie Williams arrives in Los Angeles
After promoting his new album in Australia, Robbie Williams made his arrival at Los Angeles International Airport today. The 35-year-old arrived with his alleged finace Ayda Field.
While on Australian radio, Robbie “proposed” on the air to his girlfriend of 3 years. His spokesman has gone on record as saying it was a joke but Williams mother Jan told British radio that the proposal was indeed the real deal!
This is how it all went down!
Williams and Field were at the “Kyle and Jackie O” show on 2DayFM in Sydney.
Presenter Jackie Henderson was telling him that Sydney has a reputation for proposals with celebrities at which point Williams turned to Field and said: “Is there anyone you want to get married to?”
She replied: “This is so awkward.”
To which Williams said: “Will you marry me?”
After a pause, Field, 30, answered: “Yes, I’ll marry you.”
