39-year-old Bethenny Frankel is a changed woman. The reality star has decided to clean out her closet and remove all items that contain fur.
If you are wondering what changed her mind, this is her story.
“I used to wear fur. I went to a cocktail party, walked outside on Fifth Avenue, and a PETA protester was holding up a skinned animal,” Frankel said in a statement. “I looked at it, and it made me sick. I felt disgusting. That day was a huge change, and since then I’ve really been against fur. I’m cleaning out my closets — trim, everything. I don’t see any reason for cruelty.”
I know people think that PETA goes to crazy extremes, at least this one time it served a great purpose.
Bethenny is currently 3-months pregnant with her first child with fiance John Hoppy.
