Cutie pie Josh Groban was surprised by photographers as he departed from Madeos Restaurant in West Hollywood after dinner last night. He was rocking these trendy, solid black eye glass frames that matched his sexy Range Rover!
Josh recently took part in Stand Up To Cancer’s new public service announcement, entitled “Up2″ Directed by filmmaker Jesse Dylan. Working alongside other stars like Renee Zellweger, Rob Lowe, Mandy Moore and Minka Kelly conveying the core message: it’s up to each of us to play a role in ending cancer.
