Adam Sandler does a bit of Hanukkah shopping

adamsandlersadie

Funnyman Adam Sandler braved the rain and went out for a bit of shopping with his little princess Sadie in Los Angeles today. The 3-year-old looked so sweet in her little white dress, her Uggs, and her very special Little Mermaid umbrella made just for tiny hands like hers!

The Sandler family is currently celebrating the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah which is currently on its 2nd day. Adam brought a lot of notoriety to the Festival of Lights with his Hanukkah song.

Zachary Quinto & Noah go for a stroll

zacharyquintonoah

I’m trying to decide who is the cutest thing in the photo above, Zachary Quinto or his best buddy Noah? I was so worried there would be a lack of Quinto in my life over the holidays now that Heroes is on hiatus. But thank GOD for Noah!! He does have to go on walks after all.

The duo strolled through Los Felices, California with an unidentified female companion.

Zach is set to be a special presenter at Spike TV’s 2009 Video Game Awards being held on December 12th in Los Angeles. His former co-star Kristen Bell is also set to make an appearance tomorrow.

Back in September we let you know that Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith would be hosting the concert held for the Nobel Peace Prize ceremonies.  Well, that day has finally come. Thursday, President Obama traveled to Oslo to accept his Nobel Peace Prize but was unable to stay for today’s festivities.

As I type, CNN is airing the Nobel Peace Prize Concert live. The two hour event started at 1pm EST and will be wrapping up shortly. If you’d like to see the concert it will be likely be up in CNN’s video section later today.

Spotted: Russell Brand, Man in Black

Russell Brand

Russell Brand is always a dashing figure in his dramatic long coats and skinny jeans, and today was no exception as he was spotted strolling home in London. Russ was wearing all black, save for the grey suede boots that he’s been wearing religiously the last few months.  Ever noticed that when Russ really likes an item of clothing, he’ll wear it until it falls apart?! Fortunately these boots are quite fetching and they go with everything!

According to his recent interviews on GMTV and Loose Women, Russell will be spending Christmas in London with his mother Barbara (and of course his beloved cat Morrissey). He’ll then be joining girlfriend Katy Perry and her parents in California for the New Year’s holidays.

What does Russ plan to buy Katy for Christmas? Find out below.

It’s Official: No Season 3 for Flight of the Conchords

flightoftheconchords

It’s a sad day for all Flight of the Conchords fans. The boys have announced, via their official website, that they will not return to HBO for another season of their hit television show.

Bret, Jemaine and James (co-creator/director) said “we’ve noticed the less we say about the future of the show, the more people want to talk about it, so in an effort to reverse this trend we are today announcing that we won’t be returning for a 3rd season. We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the show and also everyone who watched it. While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist.
