Ashley Tisdale hits the gym to celebrate

Ashley Tisdale has a lot to celebrate this year. It was just announced that Tisdale and her production company Blondie Girl Prods. have inked a multi year producing deal with RelativityReal, the reality/alternative TV arm of Ryan Kavanaugh’s Relativity Media, according to Variety.

The High School Musical alumn was photographed as she departed from a gym in West Hollywood this morning. Not only is she making awesome new deals but she is determined to stay in the best shape possible this year.

The 24-year-old is set to create, develop and exec produce new series for broadcast and cable networks.

RelativityReal CEO Tom Forman called Ashley, “the very definition of a multi-talented artist with unique insight into young demographics.”

Ashley and her partner Jessica Horowitz formed Blondie Girl two years ago and have been targeting family-friendly content both as Tisdale starring vehicles and producing projects.

Tiger Woods invites you to the gun show!

Is this the body that has rocked the golfing world with so much drama?

Tiger Woods is topless on the latest cover of Vanity Fair magazine, lifting weights and wearing a scully cap. The photographs by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz were taken before the scandals of his numerous affairs became public.

Since the news broke, no one has seen Tiger though many people are calling in the tabloids with numerous sightings. He has allegedly been seen everywhere from Florida, New York, California and now TMZ is reporting the former golfer might be staying at a friends estate in Africa! This could explain why no one has any confirmed sightings of him.

Woods was recently dropped by another sponsor, AT&T.

Get to know Heroes hottie Dawn Olivieri

One of the hottest new stars to emerge on the Heroes scene is Dawn Olivieri. The model/actress who rox extensive tattoos on the show recently spoke to my friend Nathalie who has a fabulous sci-fi blog called The Inside Trekker.

Q: Will we get to learn more about her powers this season?
A: Her powers will become more defined in the episodes coming in the new year.

Q: What was your first reaction upon learning what your character could do?
A: well, like many of the fans, there was so much that was unanswered. I had so many questions that i had to fill in the blanks myself. As an actor, its part of the job:)

Kellan Lutz spotted with Annalynne McCord in Miami

Are they/Aren’t they “couple” Kellan Lutz and Annalynne McCord spent a chilly weekend together in Miami. The duo worked really hard not to be photographed together but, come on guys….we know!!

Kellan made his way into the 305 for a New Years Eve event he hosted. No word how long the 90210 star has been by his side.

I kind of feel bad for them and all the other out-of-towners who flocked down south for a bit of sun and have been met with this crazy cold weather! We are experiencing some of the coldest weather we’ve seen in years. In comparison to much of the nation, we really have no room to complain. At least we’ve not been hit by snow!!

Celebrities come out to salute Don Shula

Former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula celebrated his 80th birthday this weekend surrounded by some major stars! The party began on Saturday night where he was serenaded with a rendition of “Happy Birthday” by Black Eyed Peas singer, Fergie.

The celebration continued earlier today where he was feted before today’s Miami Dolphin game by Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony, Miami’s power couple Emilio & Gloria Estefan, Robin Givens, and Fergie who was escorted by her husband Josh Duhamel.

Don Shula led the Dolphins to the only perfect season in NFL history in 1972 and won 347 games!  A record that has yet to be broken.

Matthew McConaughey welcomes baby girl!

How friggin’ adorable is Matthew McConaughey going to look holding his new baby girl?! The star of Ghost of Girlfriends Past and his partner Camila Alves welcomed the newest addition to their family, a little girl they named Vida Alves McConaughey at 12:13 a.m. on Sunday. She weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces.

The couple who have been together since 2006 already have a son, Levi who is 17 months old. Neither Matthew nor Camila chose to know the sex of the baby beforehand for either pregnancy. I’m sure they are both elated with the results.
