Oscar nominated actor John Travolta met with screaming fans on the Regis & Kelly Show this morning to promote his bangin’ new movie, From Paris with Love. Seriously, the crowd was going nuts!!
John talks about flying down to Haiti stocked with supplies which he confirms 90% of has already been used. Bless Mr. Travolta for coming to the aid of the island nation and for his flight after Hurricane Katrina where he helped the victims and all the humanitarian work he does.
I got to preview the new action flick where John stars alongside an adorable Jonathan Rhys Meyers last night and I highly recommend fans to check out this film!! I was a little worried about being disappointed with From Paris with Love because Travolta has been making some pretty corny movies as of late. Wild Dogs and Hairspray just weren’t my cup of tea. So I was nervous about his character Charlie Wax not feeling true to bad azz form but I have now officially rejoined the John Travolta bandwagon!! He was fantastic as the butt kicking, no holds barred, CIA operative with the soft spoken, love struck James Reece as his partner.
John looked great with no hair and I’d love to see him go for this look in real life!
Expect to be surprised, shocked, even sad in some parts. But when you walk away, you will leave loving the film.
The only other thing I’d like to say is that this film is not intended for the little ones. I was a little upset to see very young children at last nights viewing. The security team ever forewarned the parents about the violent scenes and none seemed to mind. Even I had to look away during some scenes!
From Paris with Love opens in theaters tomorrow! You will want to watch this more than one.
