Alba and her co-stars Ashton Kutcher and his wife Demi Moore, Emma Roberts, Hector Elizondo, Topher Grace, and director Garry Marshall attended the European Premiere of ‘Valentine’s Day’ at the Odeon Leicester Square on February 11, 2010 in London, England.
You can tell how cold she is in the photos where she is trying to crawl under Ashton’s jacket for a bit of warmth!

The only thing I agree is this outfit for that wheather wasn’t good 
I didn’t even realize it was so cold until I saw that Ashton had a red nose and looked like he was shivering. The girls did a great job hiding it since they couldn’t wear a jacket like Ashton did. LOL
My only points were that she was crazy to wear this outfit in the freezing cold! She does look beautiful in it though minus the shoes. Her hair and make up are gorgeous.
I agree she’s been a little edgier on the red carpets but I would not have paired this dress with those boots.
