Amanda Peet takes baby bump to Berlin

A blooming Amanda Peet walked the red carpet during day six of the 60th Berlin International Film Festival at the Berlinale Palast on February 16, 2010 in Berlin, Germany. She is promoting her new film entitled, Please Give.

The Nicole Holocener comedy takes place in New York City. It’s about a husband and wife (played by Oliver Platt and Catherine Keener) whose business is sustained by buying artifacts from families of the recently deceased cheaply then selling them for a lot more. Husband Alex is going through a mid-life crisis!

The couple have bought the city apartment next door, and are just waiting for its occupier, 91-year-old Andra, to die before turning their living space into something more impressive.

Do you miss me?

I’m so sorry for the lack of posts you guys. I’m currently in New York City where I will be checking out James Roday from Psych in his off broadway play Extinction tonight. He and his co-star Dule Hill are producing it and I’ve heard so many wonderful things about it that I had to come and freeze my butt off to watch it!

Plus to see Roday up close will totally warm me up in about one second flat!

You also can’t come into the city and sit indoors blogging so I do apologize but promise I will be back very soon.

Thanks for your patience and please come back soon!

Mark Wahlberg shows fans some love

New dad Mark Wahlberg stopped to sign autographs before sitting down for an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. It doesn’t look like Mark has gotten any plastic surgery done but I swear he doesn’t ever look like he’s aged at all!

Wahlberg talks to Jimmy about how it was growing up in a large family. His dad seems to be guilty of wanting to “spread his seed” as Mark had guys coming up to him throughout his life claiming to be his brother. His dad ended up confirming the news much to everyone’s surprise!

He also talks about his new show for HBO entitled, How to Make it in America which he is producing.

James Franco has a Howling good time in Berlin

James Franco showed off a bit of facial hair as he walked the red carpet at the Howl premiere during day two of the 60th Berlin International Film Festival at the Berlinale Palast on February 12, 2010 in Berlin, Germany.

The film consists of three interwoven aspects: the early life of Ginsberg (Franco) in NYC and his evolution as a writer and poet; an animated re-imagining of the poem “Howl” and the obscenity trial San Francisco poet and City Lights Bookstore co-founder, Lawrence Ferlinghetti (Andrew Rogers), faced after publishing the titular poem, in which Ginsberg made references to drug use and homosexuality (the latter of which in the ’50s was still considered taboo).

Sheryl Crowe gets smooched on Cougartown Set!

Up until now, I can’t say I’ve really watched one episode of Cougartown. But maybe with rocker Sheryl Crowe doing a guest role I might have to watch!

Here are photos coming hot off the set of Crowe and the hunky Josh Hopkins from last night. The new couple walked, they laughed, and of course they share a kiss! The Grammy Award winner is playing the love interest of Courteney Cox’s character Jules recently divorced neighbor, Grayson, played by Hopkins. She will be sticking around for multi-episodes on the ABC comedy.

Will Crowe get you watching Cougartown?
