Nicolas Cage gets snowed in!
An almost unrecognizable Nicolas Cage with long hair, sunglasses and a beard walks back and forth to his trailer on the set of his new movie, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice in New York City on March 2nd.
The actor was visited by his wife Alice Kim and their four and a half year old son Kal-El for lunch.
In this action/adventure/drama Balthazar Blake (Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina). Balthazar can’t do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé. The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic, and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness. It’ll take all the courage Dave can muster to survive his training, save the city and get the girl as he becomes “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.”
Seeing that this film already has a trailer out, these photos might indicate a re-shoot is going on.

Looks like a reshoot for Season of the Witch. The outfit he is wearing isn’t the one he wore for Sorcers Apprentice when I saw him this past summer.
