Alfred Molina and Toby Kebbell have magically appeared back on the set of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice in New York City on Thursday, March 4th. You can see the Merrill Lynch Bull located near Wall Street in these photos.
The story centers on an average college student (Jay Baruchel) who is reluctantly recruited to work for a sorcerer named Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage). The man gives him a crash course in the art and science of magic to prepare him for a battle against the forces of darkness in modern Manhattan.
Kebbell is playing a “celebrity illusionist” and bonafide bad boy. He aligns himself with the film’s villain an evil sorcerer named Hovarth, played by Molina.
Co-star Nic Cage was also in New York shooting this week.
The film is due to hit theaters on July 16th.
