A passerby seems delighted at his luck to run into singer Amy Winehouse on a sunny day out. The mesmerized fan could not stop smiling as he chatted up the star then snapped a few sneaky shots of her from behind.
The troubled singer is rumored to join the likes of Tom Cruise and John Travolta by embracing Scientology. Could this be the cure Amy so desperately needs?
Her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is said to have been doing endless research on the religion and plans to visit the church of Scientology on Tottenham Court Road in London once his rehab stint is over.
“As soon as Amy heard Blake was into Scientology, she wanted to find out more. She idolises the way he thinks about life. Anything Blake says, Amy believes. It’s worrying because Amy might get brainwashed,” said a close friend.
“Her dad Mitch is going to go mad because their family is Jewish and he’s really proud of their heritage. They might not be practising Jews, but he wants to keep tradition going. Then again, he might think it’s just another flash in the pan,” the friend added.
Shouldn’t her father be more concerned with Amy’s well being?
