The South African musician/actor is taking a break from shooting scenes of his new collaboration with Adam Sandler entitled, Just Go with It to enjoy the beaches with his family.
In these playful photographs you see Dave’s lovely wife of ten years Jennifer Ashley Harper, their twin daughters Stella Busina and Grace Anne, and their nine year old son August Oliver. How cute are the ones of the doting dad burying his son in the sand?!
The latest Sandler flick marks their third collaboration. Dave had a quick yet hilarious part as a gay salesman in I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry and as a racist named James in the comedy, You Don’t Mess with the Zohan.

If his Son is 9 yrs old…it can’t be that little boy. He’s just a toddler. Why is that little girls face whited out? Also, even though I like some of his music, those aren’t playful photo’s. Looks like his wife is doing the playing and he’s just standing around looking bored.
The childrens faces are whited out after a request of privacy for the minor children. Also, he does not look bored, he is on the ground playing with his son.

Are observations not welcome? Mine was that he looked bored. I don’t think that makes me negative. Also you stated that his Son is 9 and I mentioned that the little boy above in no way was 9….he’s a Toddler. Maybe it wasn’t his Son? I am very positive…Thanks!

His son August was born in 2007 so he’s close to 3 yrs old now. His twin daughters were born in 2001 so they are getting close to being 9 yrs old. I don’t know about bored, perhaps he’s tired, or has a hangover??
Dave needs to hit the gym.
Neither Dave nor his wife look bored, they just look like two typical parents on the beach with their kids. They’re not playing for the camera. Look around at any family group at the beach looking after a few kids and the parents will look relaxed, maybe tired, just chill. Typical. I wouldn’t read anything more into it. In fact, I love that they all look so normal.
Why? He’s a great artist with what looks like a great family, why does he need to work out? Does everyone have to look like they were discovered on American Idol? He looks like who he is.
