Lauren Skaar is one of the luckiest girls in the world! She and her fiance Michael Vartan shared a smooch while walking through New York’s SoHo neighborhood on Friday, May 21st, 2010. The Hawthorne star and his lady love are in town for upfronts which confirmed the medical drama would be returning for another season.
For those of you with hopes of bumping into your favorite stars and having them fall head over heels for you, this story might encourage you. Vartan and Skaar met while both were shopping at a local Whole Foods Market!
‘I saw her and I was quite stunned,’ the 41-year-old Alias star told Access Hollywood.
“I thought to myself, ‘I’ve gotta find a way – I’ve got to jockey position in this checkout line or something.’”
Before approaching Skaar, Vartan said: “I was like a blubbering idiot … I didn’t really know what to do.”
The two exchanged email addresses and love blossomed. I’m so happy for him, they make an adorable couple!
