Top honors were awarded to British actor Colin Firth at the Taormina Arte Award held at The Taormina Film Fest 2010 on Thursday, June 1th7, 2010 in Taormina, Italy.
The star of A Single Man, Mamma Mia!, and Pride and Prejudice was awarded one of the five Taormina Arte awards given at the Sicilian festival. Other winners include Robert DeNiro, innovative 90-year-old Sicilian director-screenwriter Francesco Alliata, and Iranian director Jafar Panahi.
Accompanying Mr. Firth at the awards reception was his gorgeous wife of thirteen years Livia Giuggioli.
