Bosom buddies Larry David and Jeff Garlin are in the middle of shooting season eight of the longest running scripted show on television, Curb Your Enthusiasm in New York’s East Village on Wednesday, June 20th, 2010. The duo were cramped into an older model Volvo and looked to be having a bit of fun with photographers!
This season already promises to be exciting with the announcement of Ricky Gervais and Cheyenne Jackson guest starring. The gorgeous Broadway star is being tight lipped about his role on the show, only saying he’d be a part of a multi episode arc on the ad-libbed comedy series.
As far as Gervais is concerned, there is even less info about his guest appearance except that he will pop in for one episode and that the situation will be “awkward.”
Sadly fans will have to wait until 2011 to see the episodes which for the first time won’t take place in Los Angeles!

Just a minor correction: the show HAS been filmed in New York before. There was an entire season built around Larry starring in The Producers on broadway. His rehearsals were in LA, but the last episode or two in the season were filmed in New York. Please make note of that. Thanks.
