Missy Elliot and Snoop Dogg kick it at London Festival

England is on a major role this month with back to back kick azz concerts! Just last weekend the party took place in their countryside, now the event moved to Central London.

After Pink and Beth Ditto rocked the stage yesterday, Missy Elliot and Snoop Dogg took over with a performance during day two of the Barclaycard Wireless Festival at Hyde Park on Saturday, July 3rd, 2010.

The Wireless Festival continues over the weekend, with LCD Sound System headlining tonight, and Jay-Z and Lily Allen finishing things off on Sunday night.

Missy eliott was terrible. The worst performer. I was very disapointed

  2. Chantal says:

I agree with Katie, an absolute disgrace and I’m a big Missy fan. She came on stage about 15mins(I think) late and was only onstage for about 20 mins. This included disappearing for a costume change (Black tracksuit to White Germany – don’t mention the football – tracksuit) and disappearing while we ended up watching her new label signings(?) perform a track.
    Hugely disappointed.

  3. mat says:

I too watched Missy. I also noticed that she was miming her own songs half of the time.

She was so full of energy and got down to greet the crowd, but overall, being 15 minutes late, wearing German coloured clothing and miming half of her songs made it a real downer for us.
