Simon Baker made a smooth arrival at the Samsung 9 Objects of Desire Showcase at the Museum of Contemporary Art on July 16, 2010 in Sydney, Australia. His hot date for the evening (and for life!) is his wife Rebecca Rigg.
Other Australian celebrities in attendance were Charlotte Dawson, Sophie Faulkiner, and Kerri Anne Kennerly.
Baker’s latest project is the J.C. Chandor directed film Margin Call which has already been shooting. The story revolves around employees of an investment bank during a tumultuous 24-hour period during the 2008 financial collapse. The Mentalist star will play a ruthless, high-powered securities broker who oversees the characters played by Kevin Spacey, Stanley Tucci and Zachary Quinto, and drives his colleagues to win by any means necessary.
Nearly everyone I love is going to be starring in this thriller, I can’t wait to see the final project!
