After causing fans worldwide to swoon by kissing an excited female from the Today Show crowd last week, Enrique Iglesias remained in New York City to further promote his new album Euphoria. (as seen here on Sunday, July 18th, 2010)
The Miami resident created two different versions of this album, one in Spanish and one in English so as to keep himself fully immersed into the project.
“I think it’s a good time for it,” Enrique said. “Artistically, I needed it. It made me very enthusiastic about this album. I grew up in Miami, speaking Spanglish, and being able to finally do an album where I’m not just thinking of English or Spanish, when it came down to the songwriting, it really helped.
“The minute I got bored writing in English, I would write in Spanish, and vice-versa.”
Iglesias will be joined by Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars on Thursday when they chat with comedian George Lopez during his chat show Lopez Tonight.
