Kim Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner were spotted out and about in Santa Monica yesterday, having dinner at Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi. Sometime after her dinner, Kim hopped on twitter (@KimKardashian) to find a fan who was planning to get plastic surgery. Check out the tweets below. Kim was super supportive of the fan, who thought getting surgery to look like Kim was the way to keep her husband.

Way to go Kim! And you listen good @brisajohnson, Kim is right. Everyone is unique and should embrace that. Sure we wish we had a butt like Kim, lips like Angelina, a stomach like Shakira… But, even Kim, Angie, and Shakira probably have parts they wish were different.

That’s really very kind of Kim to say. I just hope @brisajohnson realizes how unnecessary it is for her to spend thousands of dollars in the hopes of looking somebody else.
The new single is to repetative. Gimme more was repetative but not an annying repetative but womanizer is too annying….it gets on your nerves…she could have done much better.
