Has Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto traded in her boyfriend Dev Patel for a new Hollywood hottie? These photos show the pretty Pinto holding hands with hunky James Franco, but we have no gossip to report. The duo are on the set of their movie, Rise of the Apes which was shooting in Vancouver, Canada on Tuesday, July 28th, 2010.
Other familiar faces in these shots are John Lithgow and Andy Serkis. (he is on a leash in a motion capture suit, much like he wore to play Gollum in Lord of the Rings.)
The action adventure is set in present day San Francisco, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy.
