Angela Kinsey, star of Emmy-award winning television series, “The Office,” unveiled the World’s Largest Artistic Billboard Made of Post-it Super Sticky Notes and honored the student winners of the National Post-it Brand and Publicolor Student Design Contest this morning, August 3, 2010.
Post-it Brand in partnership with Publicolor, a youth development program that engages at-risk youth to bring color to public environments, aimed to inspire creativity and imagination among today’s youth through the Post-it Brand 30th Anniversary Student Design Contest. The National Student Design Contest challenged 6 – 12 grade students to create original billboard designs using only Post-it Products that fit the theme, “In 30 years I will…”
The two grand prize winners were Allison Hilgert, 17 and Ysanne Taylor, 16. Their artwork ‘stuck’ out from the rest and their winning design is currently featured on the world’s largest billboard of Post-it Super Sticky Notes created by artist Eric Daigh for the remainder of the week.
