Jennifer Love Hewitt gets beat up!

Looking a little worse for wear, Jennifer Love Hewitt began shooting her scenes for Law and Order Special Victims Unit on the Upper West Side of New York, New York on Monday, August 9th, 2010. Joining her on location was series regular Mariska Hargitay who was eagerly showing off her police badge to oncoming traffic!

Since the cancellation of her long running CBS show The Ghost Whisperer, J. Love has been accepting a series of varied roles including her turn as a prostitute in the Lifetime Original Movie, The Client List and now as a rape victim who is so scarred by her attacks that she is afraid to leave her house on SVU.

I can’t wait to see what she will try out next!
