Uh oh! It seems like Shakira’s people didn’t have the proper papers in order that would allow the hip shakin’ Colombiana to jump into a fountain in Spain while shooting a music video.
The above photos were taken of Shaki on Wednesday, August 18th, 2010 in Barcelona, Spain. She was shooting scenes for her new music video for the song, Loca.
There are conflicting reports out that officials are looking to fine her and some that say they have already fined her for ” violation of strick antisocial behavior laws.”
Also in question, is this picture of her shown on the back of a motorcycle shot on the same day. She is seen riding as a passenger without wearing a helmet, which in said city is a big no no.
Last year, the band U2 was fined for rehearsing after permitting hours.
