What would you do if you found out that your best friend’s husband was cheating on her? That’s the very situation the character played by Vince Vaughn (my favorite comedic actor) finds himself in.
The Dillema stars Vaughn as a man who discovers that his best friend’s (Kevin James) wife (Winona Ryder) is sleeping with a man played by Channing Tatum (swoon)!
In the first still released from the movie, we see the group of friends standing together after spending an evening at the infamous Chicago hot dog stand Wieners Circle. As a huge Vince Vaughn fan, I know that he was born and raised in Chicago, and have followed his many stories about typical things one experiences while living in Chicago. One such experience is the torment received by customers from verbally abusive Chicago hot dog stand employees! Don’t the faces in the photo look like they belong to people who’ve been berated for several minutes? Jennifer Connelly (on Vaughn’s left) plays his girlfriend in the movie.
I live for the newly married, and soon-to-be dad Vince Vaughn’s one-liners and the perfect timing of his hilarious facial expressions. Also, Ron Howard is directing, which means that his brother, Clint Howard, (Austin Powers, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, any movie directed by brother Ron) has to make a cameo appearance.
Release date of The Dillema is January 14, 2011.
