Too funny!
You may recall I told you all about the amazing Battle of the Fang that True Blood News and Alex Skarsgard Net are running that has Team Bill waging a popularity contest against Team Eric to see which of the Vamps can throw the other down in the ultimate True Blood grudge match in the name of charity.
Well, to amp up his side of things, Stephen Moyer donated several signed items for the contest including what is known as the ‘Sock of Destiny’ or ‘Modesty Sock’, a prop used by male cast members on the show during intimate scenes. The prop has since been signed by Moyer’s new wife and co-star on the show, Anna Paquin who described the sock as “a flesh-colored, bow-tied … package.”
Stephen’s ‘Sock of Destiny’ he is pictured above holding (repressing a cheeky smile no less) is currently up for auction on Ebay and will be for another 4 days so you still have time to go and place a bid on this particular package! At last look the bidding was sitting at US$545.00 but I’m certain that will change as the timer ticks on down!
All funds raised in the auction, minus Ebay fees, will be donated to GulfAid to help the people and wildlife of the oil-damaged Gulf Coast as per Moyer’s request.
