After my last post all about a certain Stephen Moyer and his Sock of Destiny I received more than one request for a follow up from the Team Eric supporters to shine a little light (and love) on the marvelous Alexander Skarsgard‘s side of this Battle of the Fang — ask and ye shall recieve, dear Viking lovers!
We here at Accidental Sexiness take no sides in this bloodiest and fiercest of match ups but rather support whole-heartedly the wonderful actors putting their character’s fangs (and egos) on the line in the name of charity — two to be precise. All the proceeds raised are headed to very worthy causes as I mentioned in my earlier posts, Moyer’s to aid the crisis in the Gulf and Skarsgard’s to SOS Children’s Villages, an organization that focuses on family-based, long-term care of children who can no longer grow up with their biological families.
Checking in on the tally at Askarsgard.com reveals that as of the 31st of August the total monies raised for Vampire Eric’s side of the match up is a staggering $15, 870 dollars! That’s quite the large sum for Mister Northman’s bids at being crowned reigning True Blood vampire! Of course, said total is lacking the two ebay auctions that have just ended featuring scripts signed by Skarsgard that went collectively for a whopping $5, 391 dollars!
No word yet on more items to be bid on, but you can stake (not literally naturally) your life on it that this contest will come right down to the vein.

yeah real mature “By me” it’s a freaking charity that is getting recognition so no matter what you shouldn’t put it down and be happy that getting the word out can help out kids in need, a little more important don’t ya think? Since it is also your site that is helping run BOTF(yes your pic gives you away) then how about not spreading hate and being thankful to all the fans who have given to two very worthwhile charities.
