Are you ready for some serious fun? Get in on it at Sun Life Stadium, as the Florida Marlins face the Atlanta Braves and stick around for a post-game performance by local favorite and Cuban rapper Pitbull joined by Puerto-Rican hip hop legend Fat Joe!!
Fat Joe will be signing autographs in The Strike Zone at Gate H from 5:30-6:00 p.m. and Pitbull will be signing autographs in The Strike Zone at Gate H from 6:00-6:30 p.m.
Pitbull debuted on Lil Jon’s 2002 album Kings of Crunk, after which he released his debut album in 2004 titled M.I.A.M.I., which included hit singles “Culo” and “Toma.” He released his sophomore album El Mariel in 2006, followed by The Boatlift in 2007. Last year, Pitbull released his fourth album, Rebeloution, which included his highest charting single ever “I Know You Want Me” (Hot 100 #2) and follow-up top-10 hit “Hotel Room Service.”
The album, Armando, Pitbull’s first all Spanish album, released earlier this summer. He is getting ready to drop his next English album Planet Pit in the fall of 2010.
Each of the Florida Marlins’ 13 Saturday home games this year are designated as a “Super Saturday.” The highlight of each “Super Saturday” is a post-game concert featuring internationally acclaimed recording artists preceding a fireworks spectacular. The concert and fireworks are free with each ticket purchased for the Marlins game. Baker Concrete Super Saturdays also feature pre-game parties at The Strike Zone at Gate H featuring celebrity, player and alumni autograph sessions, Billy The Marlin, Lil’ Billy, the Mermaids and Manatees, special prizes, live TV/radio broadcasts and interactive giveaways for the first 15,000 or 25,000 fans.
