Am I the only one that thinks Johnny Depp would look good in a hefty sack? This man and his funky boho style always looks good!!
These latest snaps show the “Sexiest Man Alive” arriving and departing from the make-up trailer on the set of his new movie, “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” in Greenwich, England on Monday, September 27th, 2010. As you can see in the picture above, the forty seven year old actor is rockin’ some cornrows for his role as Captain Jack Sparrow.
Also included are some background images of the transformation of this city in South London reminiscent to a time where pirates were hated. Check out the angry guy holding a sign asking people to execute the pirates!
Shortly after seeing Johnny in his plain street clothes, you see him emerge dress as Sparrow in one shot.

They are not cornrows. His hair is French braided. He does rock them and anything else that he does. Can’t wait to see the movies he has coming up.
Hello J-nice i can surely say you are mistaken…You see French Braids are one layered… Corn rows are layer on layers matted to each the left and the right sides of your head… Some corn rows can be double layered for a full part in the head… How do I know this? I’m an official negroe…22 years counting.
No, J-nice is right, they’re are french braids, not corn rows. this has been plaited over rather than under.. corn rows are plaits that look like they sit on top of the head, and frenchs plaits have more of a “blended in” with the hair kind of look. I’m not saying you don’t know what cornrows are, but just cos you’re black doesn’t mean you’re more of an expert than anyone else.. I’m just guessing you haven’t looked at the picture properly.
