Multiple award winner Alicia Keys was glowing on the red carpet at the Keep A Child Alive‘s 7th annual Black Ball held at Hammerstein Ballroom on Thursday, September 30th, 2010 in New York City, New York. She was joined by her husband Swizz Beatz who gave a gentle pat to Alicia’s belly showing the world how excited he about his future child.
Longtime friend Usher looked happily at his longtime friend whose tummy has just blossomed in the last couple of months.
Keys is the co-founder and Global Ambassador of Keep a Child Alive, a non-profit organization that provides medicine to families with HIV and AIDS in Africa and India. The Black Ball brings celebrity and philanthropy together to fulfill hopes, dreams and raise funds for those children and families.
Also in attendance were Uma Thurman and Janelle Monae, who is set to perform this evening along with Jay Z and Sade.
