Veteran actor Robert De Niro looked to be keeping busy on the set of his latest film project entitled, “Manual of Love” in Rome, Italy on Friday, September 30th, 2010. In these “just released” snaps we see the Academy Award winner walking around on location and having a laugh with the crew.
In this latest entry in Giovanni Veronesi’s Italian romance trilogy, De Niro will play the role of an American professor who is the love interest of the beautiful Monica Bellucci. We will get to listen to Mr. De Niro work his linguistic talent as he will be speaking the native language in the film.
Italian producer Aurelio De Laurentiis has high international hopes for the film, the first two brought in a combined total of $45 million gross in Italy and were released in several other countries.
“This third one, with De Niro in the cast, will have greater international ambitions,” De Laurentiis told Variety earlier this month.
Manuale d’amore 3 is set to hit theaters in 2011.
