With all the recent terrorism warnings in place for Europe, Lily Allen appears to have taken them quite seriously. Allen, who is currently in Paris, France to partake of the fashion week events, is pregnant with her first child.
The singer took to her Twitter account to share her worries with fans.
“Oh god, foreign office have put people travelling to France on high terror alert!!! I’m in Paris already. (sic)
“Scared being here but scared to get on the Eurostar home.”
To take her mind off of things, Lily hit the streets to do a bit of shopping in some Parisian boutiques on Sunday, October 3rd, 2010. She chatted on her cell phone while perusing the beautiful outfits available then departed with some carefully placed bags to cover her growing bump.
MSNBC announced just an hour ago that Japan issued a travel alert for Europe on Monday, joining the United States and Britain in warning of a possible terrorist attack by al-Qaida or other groups. The “high threat” belong specifically to cities in European countries including the UK, France and Germany.
