Nearly all the main cast of the HBO vampire drama were in attendance at Spike TV’s “Scream 2010″ held at The Greek Theatre on Saturday, October 16th, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. Anna Paquin and her co-star/husband Stephen Moyer got all loved up on the red carpet, Sam Trammell’s eyes sparkled as he paraded around in his dark gray suit, Rutina Wesley was just gorgeous in her little black dress, and Kristin Stewart showed off some colorful tattoos which accesorized her stunning dress.
Our beloved Alexander Skarsgard opted not to walk the red carpet but he could not escape the cameras as he walked up to receive his award for “Best Horror Actor” for his role as Eric Northman, the sexiest sheriff in Louisiana from Kelly Osbourne.
But the highlight of the evening was watching Executive Producer Alan Ball step up to the stage with all of the aforementioned cast to receive the biggest award of the night, “Best TV Show” from rocker Marilyn Manson.
This was no small feat as they were up against Showtime hit “Dexter,” “Lost,” “V,” and even “Doctor Who.”
