They said it would last and sadly it didn’t. Eva Longoria has confirmed news that she and her husband of three years Tony Parker are splitting up via her Twitter account. She filed for divorce this morning at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
“It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce,” she said in a statement Wednesday afternoon. “We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”
Sometimes I wish the statements would really say what the person was feeling. Though we don’t know the real reason why they broke up there are all those pesky rumors about Tony and his wandering eye. (and who knows what other body parts)

Can you believe this trick azz mo fo cheated on me? Doesn’t he know who I am? I’m Eva friggin Longoria, the hottest chick on Desperate Housewives! Could it have been that shitty rap video I did for the MTV Europe Awards?
I hope he contracts an STD.

Gossip mags are reporting the split happened after Eva found an extensive amount of text messages that occurred between Parker and a mutual friend. Hundreds apparently in one months time.

A Sports Illustrated reporter is citing a source who says that woman is Erin Barry. She is going through a divorce from Brent Barry, who played with Tony on the San Antonio Spurs.
