“Say zoinks!” Psych “In Plain Fright” review

Psych kicked off with our new-finally-official couple making their way to the holding cells for a little alone time. “No touching in the police station.”

She surprises him with two tickets for “Scare Fest” for the next night. The only problem? He already has plans to go with Gus (Dule Hill). Shawn tells her that he’d rather go with her –– but after some tears on his best friend’s part, he decides he can’t disappoint him.

Dexter’s Reel life has a Law Enforcement Following!

Watching the Showtime series Dexter is a guilty pleasure for most of us. But for me, I am inclined to feel an extra special amount of exuberance. Being a law enforcement officer leaves you feeling both physically and mentally exhausted at times.

The broken justice system leaves a lot to be desired and that is when a show like Dexter gives police work an entertaining outlet. It is not only a “Dirty Harry” of sorts, but realistic to life in South Florida. The writers of Dexter accomplish an excellent job of grasping the South Florida vibe and police work.

Sure some of the episodes are far reaching for dramatic purposes and to keep viewers on edge and watching. Overall, they do an excellent job of capturing the police culture. It is a [Read more...]

Robert Knepper goes on a casual stroll

Being caught by the lens of the paparazzi has got to be an utterly surprising thing. As we normal human beings go on about our lives we never have to worry about being photographed when we look like crap at the supermarket or when we are out partying getting sloshed with our friends.

Case in point is actor Robert Knepper who was going for a [Read more...]

DEXTER PREVIEW: Teenage Wasteland

Is anyone out there more excited to see “Dexter” back to its old formula? Episode eight entitled, “Take It” aired last Sunday and you should have seen me cheering.

The writing on the show is amazing and I completely understand why they had to have a “different” type of season. How do you pick up after Rita’s murder and just go on with life as [Read more...]

Milo Ventimiglia heats up the GQ Men of the Year party

Why Milo Ventimiglia didn’t score a place in the “GQ Men of the Year” list or People’s “Sexiest Men Alive” feature is beyond me. Milo has it all, he is talented, DROP DEAD GORGEOUS, and just one of the nicest guys in Hollywood.

Let’s step up the recognition shall we?!

The former “Heroes” star made a [Read more...]
